Passion and experience
Created in 2005 by Pascal Noizet, Millésimes 62 since June 2007 is owned by Sandrine and Stephan Savorgnan, a couple of restoration's professionals, lovers of Southern French cooking.
With a past in tourism hotels and many experiments (Lauriston Hotel, Tulip Golden delicious and Montalenbert in Paris, Vassarelli Foundation in Aix) Sandrine bring its user-friendliness to the service of the restaurant. Stephan, with his Montauban origin, is the soul of the cooking. This talented chief had built his experience with a very rich cursus ("Potager du Roi", Versailles; "California Hotel" Paris; "West-end Hotel" à Nice; "Prunier", "Select Haussmann"; "Chez Francis" and "Chez Georges", Paris; and owner of "Capucin Gourmand", Nogent le Roi).
Today, Sandrine and Stephan follow the adventure of "Millésimes 62", initiated by Pascal Noizet, giving a "Provence touch" to this market cooking. In a Jazzy atmosphere, this intimate and sophisticated place is a restaurant ideal for business meetings and friendly exchanges.
David Ditte, is the creative chief of "Millésimes 62" who gives his active involvement to this news adventure. He always creates, melts colors and savors and, searches innovating complicity between food and wine. David experience is also very interesting: "Buddha's Bar", "Bar Fly", four stars restaurant "Le Pavillon", in Belesbat domain. Originated from Nancy, he became chief of two restaurants:"MK2" and "Jules Jim" just before integrating the team of "Millésimes 62".
